Here's a list of some of our most Frequently Asked Questions. Feel free to contact us if your question isn't answered here. Question:  Why should I buy Larz Pet Gear products? Answer:  We think the real question is why wouldn't you buy Larz Pet Gear products?  We know you care about the health and comfort of your dog/s, we know you want them to be happy and healthy.  The Larz Pet Gear restraint products are the only leashes, collars, and halters available that protect the health of your dog/s while actually assisting in training your dog/s to stop pulling.  They also reduce the strain against you when your dog pulls and give you greater control.  Our products are designed for both of you!   Question:  How do your products protect the health of my dog/s?  Answer:  In three ways:  1.  A shock cord section is built into every leash.  This section acts as a shock-absorber when your dog pulls.  So, rather that hitting the end of a solid strap when he/she pulls and getting roughly and painfully jerked back towards you, the flex section absorbs the shock of the pull and gently, but firmly brings your dog/s back to you.  This action prevents the neck, spinal cord, and esophagus injuries caused by using standard restraint products.  2.  Our collars and harnesses are constructed of super soft tubular foam core.  There are no edges to cut into your dog's neck, under-arms, or chest. 3.  Larz Pet Gear products are sized for your dog's weight and strength.  This assures that the shock-absorbing feature of our leashes is effective in protecting your dog/s from injury, assisting in training, and enhancing control. Question:  I've seen other bungee leashes that are cheaper than yours, why should I spend more money for a Larz Pet Gear leash? Answer:  Larz Pet Gear uses shock cord that was especially designed for us.  Unlike regular bungee cord, it is extra durable and strong.  Most importantly, though, most "bungee style" leashes are typically available in one, or at the most, three sizes.  Our leashes are available in 5 sizes - from extra small to extra large and are designed to accomodate the size, strength, and pulling behavior of your dog.  This is one of the primary reasons that our leashes actually do what they promise to do - train and restrain without pain. Question:  There are also lots of other hands-free sports belts, what makes yours different?   Answer:  Every other hands-free sports belts on the market share one common feature.  The clip onto which you clip your leash is fixed, it is sewn onto the belt.  As you know, dogs love to explore when you are walking or jogging with them.  They switch from one side to the other and sometimes want to run a little behind you.  With the other products, this movement can jerk you around, interrupting your run, even causing you to trip.  The clip on the Larz Pet Gear handz-free leash moves freely along the belt strap, giving your dog or dogs over a 180 degree running circumference, without pulling you around with him/her.  You have more fun and your dog/s has more fun, what could be better?
